Returns

Call a 50's Boy Customer Service representative toll free at 1-866-542-1955. Have the following information available when you call:

• Name
• Part number(s) to be returned
• Copy of original invoice
• Reason for return

1. Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) that will be valid for 15 days.

2. Carefully package merchandise to avoid damage during shipment. Chrome plating is a delicate cosmetic finish that can be easily damaged if not carefully packed.

3. Include a copy of the original invoice and write the RA# on it.

4. Ship only those items for which the RA has been issued.

5. Write the RA# prominently on the outside of the return package.

6. Ship package freight prepaid (CODs will not be accepted) to:
