General Shipping Information
We pride ourselves on maintaining high inventory levels on all our products. Unfortunately, from time to time we do run out of stock. Should this happen we will ship you what we have in stock and backorder the remaining items. We will ship the remaining products to you as soon as they become available. Backordered items will be shipped free of charge by UPS Ground, other services will require an additional charge.
All orders placed before 12:00 noon PST (Pacific Standard Time) will ship the same day by UPS Ground. If we are out of stock on an item we will notify you immediately regarding any delays. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Please Note: We do not ship COD.
50's Boy works hard to insure that your packages are shipped on time. 50's Boy cannot be held responsible for delays resulting in orders being shipped to P.O. Boxes, power outages, credit card orders placed with invalid or non-matching billing addresses, and/or extreme weather conditions. Important: UPS does not deliver to a P.O. Box. If an order is placed using a P.O. Box, the order will remain on hold until we receive a physical address.
Damage in Transit
All orders are packed with great care and shipped insured. If a shipment arrives in a damaged carton(s), sign only for the packages received and make sure to indicate to the shipper that your package(s) arrived damaged. Keep the carton(s) and inspect the merchandise for damages or shortages. Report this to the shipper prior to notifying 50's Boy. UPS can be reached at 1-800-742-5877. Do not destroy or discard packaging. The shipper must inspect damaged packages for claims purposes. After information has been given to the shipping company, notify 50's Boy and please have your invoice number available for reference.
Incomplete or Incorrect Order
50's Boy, Inc. must be notified within 3 days of receipt of shipment, and prior to installation, of any discrepancies, i.e., incomplete or incorrect order, or damage to your order. We inspect each part thoroughly for scratches, chips, dents, gouges, or other flaws to ensure a flawless finished product is packaged.
